Welcome to SkoolStats ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our software as a service platform that provides insights and information about courses on the Skool platform ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing, browsing, or using SkoolStats, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.
SkoolStats is a premium analytics service that provides insights and information about publicly available courses and communities on the Skool platform. Our Service:
Access to premium features requires a monthly subscription fee of $48. By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring monthly fee, which will be automatically charged to your payment method on the same day of each month.
We offer a 7-day free trial to new users, allowing you to experience all premium features before committing to a paid subscription. If you do not cancel before the end of the 7-day trial period, you will be automatically charged the monthly subscription fee of $48/month, and your subscription will continue until you choose to cancel.
Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically each month. You will be billed in advance for each monthly period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for partial or unused subscription periods. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to modify our subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee.
To access premium features, you must create an account providing accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

SkoolStats, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service.
You retain ownership of any data you provide to us. However, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our Service.
Our Service analyzes publicly available information from third-party platforms. We do not claim ownership of this third-party data and use it solely to provide our analytical services.
We collect and analyze only publicly available information from the Skool platform. We do not access private, restricted, or confidential data.
Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of our Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.
Our Service relies on publicly available data from third-party platforms. Changes to these platforms may affect our Service's functionality.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Skool or any other third-party platforms we analyze. Our Service is an independent analytical tool.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PREMIUM ACCESS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SkoolStats and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware, United States.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR LEGAL PROCEEDING SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND US INDIVIDUALLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the effective date.
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
